These terms govern your use of roamuno.com and your purchase of RoamUno digital eSIM services. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store footer.

RoamUno is operated by JUMPI GLOBAL LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17447670. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Service

RoamUno provides prepaid mobile data plans delivered through eSIM technology. Plans are data-only unless the product page expressly states otherwise. A compatible, carrier-unlocked device is required. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may depend on your location and payment account. We may reject, hold, or cancel an order for failed payment, suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailable inventory, legal restriction, or supplier failure. A payment confirmation does not guarantee activation until the eSIM profile is supplied.

Coverage and performance

Coverage maps, operator names, network generation, and estimated speeds are informational. Actual service depends on local operators, congestion, geography, buildings, compatible radio bands, device settings, and applicable network policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular speed.

Activation and validity

Each product page states its intended destination, data allowance, and validity. Some plans begin when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, while others may begin on installation or another supplier event. Follow the instructions supplied with your order. Do not delete an installed profile unless support confirms that it can be reinstalled.

Acceptable use

You must not resell activation details, interfere with networks, use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, distribute malware, send abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorized access. Operators may apply fair-use, tethering, content, and traffic-management rules. We may suspend service where required by law, an operator, or a security investigation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamUno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, missed travel arrangements, loss of business, or loss caused by device settings, third-party networks, force majeure, or use contrary to instructions. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a plan will not exceed the amount paid for that plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and notices

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. For questions and order-related notices, use the RoamUno Support page. Payment-provider dispute tools may be used for unresolved payment disputes where applicable, but normal delivery, installation, and activation questions should be sent to RoamUno.
