Your phone or tablet must support eSIM and must not be locked to a mobile carrier.
Quick device check
- iPhone: open Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Data. Look for Add eSIM.
- Google Pixel: open Settings, Network & internet, SIMs. Look for Add SIM.
- Samsung Galaxy: open Settings, Connections, SIM manager. Look for Add eSIM.
Availability can vary by model, country of purchase and carrier. If the option is missing, confirm the exact model with the manufacturer or your carrier before ordering.
Carrier lock check
An eSIM-capable device can still be locked. Contact your current carrier if you are unsure.
