Get connected in three steps

1. Choose a plan

Select a destination, data allowance and validity period that match your trip.

2. Install your eSIM

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive installation details by email. Add the eSIM before departure while you have a stable internet connection.

3. Connect at your destination

When you arrive, select the eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for that line. Your primary SIM can remain installed.

Arrival checklist

• Turn off data roaming on your primary SIM if your carrier charges for roaming.
• Set RoamUno as the mobile-data line and keep automatic network selection enabled.
• Allow a few minutes for the local network to register after landing.

If you cannot connect

Confirm the eSIM is turned on, mobile data is assigned to it, and the device is unlocked. Toggle airplane mode once, restart the device, and check the plan’s listed coverage and network settings. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting.

Important before purchase

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier unlocked. Installation details are normally designed for one compatible device, so do not delete an installed eSIM unless support tells you to do so.
