eSIM questions, answered.
What to check before you buy, install, or connect.
Start with the basics
Choose a plan only after checking your device, destination, data, and validity.
Before buying
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
It must support eSIM and be carrier unlocked. Check for Add eSIM in your phone settings before buying.
CompatibilityDo plans include calls or texts?
No. RoamUno plans are data-only unless a product explicitly states otherwise. They do not include a phone number.
Should I choose a country or regional plan?
Choose a country plan for one destination. For a multi-country trip, use the destination finder and confirm every stop in the coverage list.
Using your plan
Can I install before departure?
Yes. Current plans can be installed before travel. Validity begins on the first connection to a supported network, not at installation.
Can I keep my usual SIM active?
Yes. Use RoamUno for mobile data and keep your primary SIM for calls or messages. Turn off data roaming on the primary line.
Are network speed and coverage guaranteed?
No. Available networks are shown where verified, but actual coverage and speed vary by location, device, and network conditions.
Orders and support
When will I receive the eSIM?
Installation details are emailed after confirmed payment and order checks. Risk review or a supplier delay can take longer.
Can I get a refund?
Eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been delivered, installed, or used. Read the Refund policy before purchasing.
